Lightning fast at good old 170bpm, these great construction kits - FIVE - deliver the goods.
They come in A, A#, C, D# and G and, as always with Producer Loops, are rammed with top sounds.
In the loops sub-folder you get another four sub-folders containing bass and synths, drum mixes, drum parts and 'miscellaneous and FX'.
The miscellaneous/FX stuff intrigued me and what a top surprise. Some great 'zap arps' which travel from ear-to-ear in a nice wide mix, plus noise gates, sweeps etc.
The drum mixes have no fewer than eight versions to save you time while, if you prefer, the drum parts have all you need to make your own bangers - hits, gates, shakers, snares etc.
The bass and synths have some real gut-thumping sub-basslines lots of bass stabs and, my personal favourites, some 'dark pads' which really add to the 'neuro' atmosphere this library encourages you to create.
It's nice to get away from run-of-the-mill DnB and this collection gives you a nice and dark, sombre, almost 'twisted' edge to the genre and makes a welcome change indeed.
Another 'must have' for all DnB fans out there.
