This is ace ear-candy and, as Sample Magic puts it: 'Cutting-edge 2-step grooves, dark 'n' stuttery synths, twisted vocals, and detailed dubby basslines. True words indeed and as soon as you hear it your productive juices get to work at once.
You get six folders which are bassloops, drum hits, drum loops, fx and soundscapes, music loops and synth loops, so plenty of bang for your buck.
Firstly, the fx and soundscapes. Always great to have a hefty portion of these and you get no fewer than 30 to add some spice to your track. Again, I do enjoy reading the names the producers give to the sounds and these have great names such as 'earth', 'lighthouse', 'overgrown' and 'playstation'.
Some of them are even key-labelled so you can actually have an 'in tune' soundscape in your track.
The synths are ace too from dark and menacing to upbeat and really melodic. You also get a plethora of treated vox too.
The music loops folder contains three sub folders of sounds at 130, 135 and 140bpm and everything is key labelled so yet again you don't have to faff about 'trying to play by ear' (if you get my drift).
Thumbs up for making life easier.
And not only that all of the music loops are akin to a mini song themselves because they are broken down into bass, pads, vox, synths etc. Just add a drum track and you're away.
